Katina Sostmann has been working as a service- and product designer in commercial and academic contexts for many years realizing projects for international clients with a strong focus on digital Healthcare. At the same time, she teaches and researches at different Universities. Since 2022, she is leading the IBM Health Industry Lab in Berlin and as Design Principal responsible for the topic of Service Design and Healthcare Experience at IBM Consulting.
