Ilka Dekan sees herself as part of the future of a new world of health.
What if people could stay healthy and not get sick in the first place? How can new technologies, e.g. artificial intelligence or virtual reality, support us in this? These are questions she is grappling with.

Ilka Dean has an innovative spirit and is a doer. For more than 20 years, she worked in various areas at AOK PLUS, most recently as CFO and Head of Digital Transformation. In 2020, she was one of the nominated finalists for the Digital Female Leader Award in the category Digital Transformation. In 2021, she won the Agile Leader Award at the Agile Heroes Festival.

Since May 2021, she has been the managing director of INNO3 GmbH and initiates projects to bring health innovations to market more quickly. She is currently planning to set up a regional Health Innovation Centre – a kind of real laboratory – by combining all relevant perspectives and rethinking health.
She uses her many years of diverse experience in the health sector to set impulses, connect people and actively shape the future.
