Florian is responsible for the digital health startup and scaleup program at Flying Health and a professor for digital health at IU Bad Honnef. Prior to that, he was CEO of Newsenselab, a pioneer in digital migraine care delivery, which was admitted to the DiGA fast track as one of the first digital health solutions.

Previously, Florian held different local and global commercial positions with GlaxoSmithKline. He furthermore gained experience as strategy consultant, investor and coach. Florian studied economics and business studies at LMU München and HEC Lausanne. He holds a PhD in health economics.
