Borys is an aerospace engineer and holds MBA degree in innovation and business creation. Before starting his current role as Managing Director of Doctos GmbH, Borys has (co-)founded two companies. One of them was a MedTech robotics start-up. Besides this, he has extensive experience in strategic and operational consulting in various industries such as aerospace, railway transportation and mobility.

Borys is convinced that delivery of healthcare services to the patients can be strongly improved by usage of technology and increasing degree of digitization. Also, processes and workflows can benefit from technological advancements of the recent years. Data Science, AI and Natural Language Processing – integrated in workflows of medical practices – increase efficiency and give medical doctors more time for their patients.
