Benedict is driven by the fundamental challenge of managing change while preserving the core DNA of an organisation. He brings over 15 years of experience in developing and adapting technical systems, managing organisational change and responding to unforeseen situations.

His focus is on healthcare organisations and critical infrastructures. For the past five years, he has been building the Digital Healthcare practice at a large management consulting firm.

Benedict is now assigned with the project management for one of the current lighthouse projects in the German healthcare system: more than 100 hospitals are forming a digital alliance with a joint interoperability platform to provide patients with digital access before, during and after their hospital treatment. Benedict is also a visiting researcher at the Medical Faculty of LMU Munich, where he is investigating the impact of digital transformation in medicine.
